Tennessee adopt-a-highway
So technically this is TDOT's area of expertise, however, with us having Rascal Flatts for the day...the departments talked and we made a quick spot for them. The thought here was to capture that ever-popular pickup truck in which the driver thinks the back of it is his trash can; not realizing all the trash flying out of it. Besides Rascal Flatts, all of the talent is actually the film crew. I doubt they liked us very much for making them put on "trash fatigues" and actually picked up fake trash that we dumped on the Natchez Trace Parkway!
